The Rewards:

As the successful Accounts Payable Assistant, you will receive:

The Role:

The successful Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for:

• Timely processing and payment of supplier invoices / credit notes
• Invoice Processing
• Rejections
• New Supplier Set-up
• Supplier Amendments
• Payment Runs
• Supplier reconciliations/final reminders
• Other Ad hoc duties

The Person:

The successful Accounts Payable Assistant will meet the following criteria:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable Experience
• Strong AP or Data-Entry Background
