Accounts Manager

MCS Group are looking for a Accounts Manager to join a leading and highly reputed accountancy practice for their Portadown office.

The Company:

Our client is a well-established and growing professional services firm with a strong reputation, providing a comprehensive range of audit, tax, accounting and advisory services.

Following on from their continuing growth there are looking to add an Accounts Manager to join their Portadown office.

The Role:

As the successful Accounts Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a portfolio of clients; covering statutory accounts preparation & Advisory duties
• Corporate Personal & VAT tax compliance
• supervise & mentor junior members of staff

The Person:

The successful Accounts Manager will meet the following criteria:

• ACA / ACCA Qualified - at least 2 years post qualified experience
• Recent practice experience
• experience managing a portfolio of clients
• extensive accounts prep experience
• strong client facing experience
• experience reviewing juniors work
