I am a Senior Recruitment Consultant at MCS Group, specialising in Infrastructure, Networks and Cyber Security appointments. I partner with technology leaders and hiring managers to identify and secure high-calibre technical talent across mid-to-senior level roles. Alongside supporting clients in building high-performing teams, I work closely with candidates to provide strategic career guidance and long-term market insight. My focus is on delivering a consultative, relationship-led recruitment service built on trust and results.

I specialise in Infrastructure Engineering, Network Engineering and Cyber Security recruitment, supporting organisations across the NI and wider UK technology market.

Having joined MCS in 2022, I have built a strong network within the Infrastructure and Cyber Security community. I pride myself on my market knowledge, transparent communication style and ability to truly understand both technical requirements and cultural fit. My consultative approach ensures clients receive insight-led hiring advice, while candidates gain honest guidance on career progression and market positioning.

Before joining MCS I was a Hospitality Leader, who holds mixology certifications and led a 25 person Bar & Restaurant team.

I continuously invest in staying close to the technology market through industry events, networking groups and ongoing professional development to ensure I can offer informed, up-to-date advice to both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active, socialising with friends and play in a Pool league, I remain super competitive inside and outside of work.
