HR Recruitment Manager
Rebekah joined MCS Group in March 2022 and is an HR Recruitment Manager supporting organisations across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. In her role, she works closely with employers and HR professionals, managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement. Rebekah partners with clients to understand their teams and priorities, while also supporting candidates through key career decisions. Her approach is straightforward and relationship-led, with a focus on delivering a process that feels considered and well-managed for everyone involved.
Her market is HR across all specialisms and industries, covering both interim and permanent appointments. She works with a broad range of organisations, from growing SMEs to established businesses, placing roles across generalist, specialist and leadership levels.
Rebekah brings a strong network within the HR community and regularly engages with market insights through events and forums, including our Lighthouse HR events and Legal Island webinars. She holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification and a degree in Psychology, which underpin her understanding of people, behaviour and workplace dynamics. This combined with her personable and grounded approach, has led to consistent positive feedback from both clients and candidates.
Before joining MCS Group, Rebekah worked as a Retail Manager, where she developed a practical understanding of people management and day-to-day operations. This experience continues to shape her approach, giving her a clear view of the challenges clients face and the importance of getting the right fit.
Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys travelling and getting out on adventures with her dog, often planning trips that allow her to explore new places and spend time outdoor
