An APMP Practitioner-qualified Bid Manager, Peter has extensive experience in end-to-end complex bid and proposal development and management, delivering innovative resourcing solutions across the Private and Public Sectors with a proven track record of success.

He is also responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of insights and intelligence projects for clients across the UK, Ireland, and United States, his scientific and precise approach to recruitment intelligence enables organisations to harness the power of data-led talent acquisition.

A member of the CIPD and Fellow of the REC, he has specialised in Recruitment & Selection, and Talent Acquisition throughout his career and is highly experienced working across all sectors but with significant expertise gained within IT, FMCG, Financial Services, Professional Services, and the Public Sector including Local and Central Government.
