Kirsty Dillon

Kirsty Dillon joined MCS Group in November 2014 and is Commercial Business Manager for Technical and Engineering. She works closely with organisations across the engineering and manufacturing sector, supporting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Kirsty manages a broad portfolio spanning private and public sector organisations, delivering tailored recruitment solutions across temporary, contract and permanent hires. Her role involves advising on talent strategy, leading key accounts, and delivering everything from individual appointments to large-scale recruitment campaigns.

Kirsty specialises in engineering and technical recruitment across Northern Ireland, supporting roles from early careers through to senior leadership. She works with a wide range of positions including mechanical and electrical engineers, design and manufacturing professionals, project and quality engineers, and senior operational leaders across sectors such as water, transport and energy.

She is actively involved in industry networks including Sisters In and women in manufacturing initiatives, and regularly contributes to panel discussions and roundtables, sharing market insight and practical perspectives along with supporting QUB’S Dragons Den each year.

Before joining MCS Group, Kirsty built her career in a specialist recruitment organisation, progressing into management roles after starting out as an engineering recruitment consultant. She also has early career experience as a manufacturing engineer and holds a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems and Management.

Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family, travelling for spontaneous weekends in Spain and Portugal, and following Liverpool.
