Jill Johnston

Jill Johnston is Head of IT Contract Recruitment at MCS Group, where she works closely with companies and senior leaders across technology and industry to deliver contract, interim and temporary IT solutions. Whether they have a specific project to complete, or require additional support during a busy period, Jill helps these clients choose the right contract and temporary solution for their needs. Additionally, she works with specialist contractors right across the Technology spectrum, securing quality project work for them to complete.

Jill operates across the IT and technology market in Northern Ireland, as well as supporting organisations with internal IT functions across wider industry.  Her specialist areas include IT and Digital Transformation (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Programme Managers), ERP and Systems professionals, Software Development and Test Engineers, and Data Engineers and Analysts.

She is actively involved in the SistersIn mentorship programme each year, driven by a genuine interest in supporting the development of future female leaders.

Outside of work, Jill volunteers as a dog walker for a local animal rescue centre and spends much of her time with her own four-legged companions.
