Eve Duncan

Eve is Group Marketing and Communications Manager for MCS Group and Honeycomb Jobs. A Queen’s University Belfast graduate in International Business with Spanish, she began her career at MCS as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant in the Technical and Engineering division before moving into the operational side of the business through sales support and then into marketing. She now leads group-wide marketing and communications, driving research and reporting, content and proposals, lead generation, and brand strategy. Eve is also actively involved in the company’s charity and community initiatives, supporting causes that align with MCS Group’s values. She is passionate about commercial impact, business growth, and setting the standard for marketing in the recruitment industry. She is passionate about driving sustainable business growth and making a positive, long-term impact within our community.
