Eve Duncan

Eve specialises in the marketing function within the group, with responsibility spanning all sectors MCS Group and Honeycomb Jobs represent. Her focus is on building a consistent, high-performing marketing approach that delivers measurable impact.

She is actively involved in a number of initiatives beyond her core role, including charity and community work aligned to the company’s values. Eve also contributes to the wider industry through her involvement with universities, sitting on the judging panel for Queen’s University Belfast Dragon’s Den, mentoring through SistersIN, and hosting a quarterly roundtable for CMOs and marketing leaders.

A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast in International Business with Spanish, Eve began her career at MCS as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant before moving into sales support and then marketing.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, baking sourdough, and working on interior design projects. She is also involved in several areas of church life, including the creative team, social media, video production, and children’s work.
