Calum Omand

Calum Omand joined MCS Group in July 2023 as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant. He supports clients hiring senior and specialist roles across a range of industries, with a focus on Business Systems, ERP, Cloud and Infrastructure. His work centres on understanding each organisation’s needs and identifying the right talent to match, while also advising candidates on opportunities that align with their long-term goals. Day to day, he works closely with both employers and professionals across the Irish technology market.

Calum specialises in the Republic of Ireland, working across a broad mix of organisations from growing businesses to established enterprises, primarily within technology and business systems functions.

He is known for hosting and tailoring niche industry events for senior leaders, helping to build strong networks and create meaningful conversations within the market. His approach is hands-on, with a focus on delivering a consistent and reliable 5 star service.

Before joining MCS Group, Calum worked in management, recruitment and operations within the education sector in Spain.  Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golf, rugby and padel. Message him for a game!
