Alex Noble

Alex Noble is a recruitment professional with over a decade of experience delivering senior and executive search mandates across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Great Britain. Now Head of Executive Search at MCS Group, Alex brings a depth of expertise built through progressive leadership roles at some of NI's most respected recruitment firms.

Prior to joining MCS Group, Alex served as Head of Executive Search, and before that spent nearly a decade rising through the ranks from Recruitment Consultant to Associate Director. During that time, Alex led specialist teams and headed up both the Legal and Commercial & Professional Services divisions, developing a strong reputation for placing senior professionals across a broad range of sectors including legal, engineering, FMCG, and manufacturing.

With a career in recruitment spanning back to 2013, Alex has built extensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership and C-suite level appointments. Known for a consultative, relationship-led approach, Alex works closely with clients and candidates alike to ensure the right fit at the most senior levels of an organisation.

Equally comfortable operating as a hands-on search consultant or leading and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals, Alex combines commercial acumen with a genuine commitment to quality and integrity -  values that have underpinned every stage of a successful career.

Outside of work Alex enjoys spending time with his family, is a Tottenham Hotspur fan and played rugby for 25 years but has recently hung up his boots.
