Adam Macklin

Adam is Head of Accountancy and Financial Services for Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland at MCS Group

In his role, Adam leads our accountancy division, which focuses on recruiting for positions spanning both accountancy practice and industry & commerce markets. He oversees recruitment efforts for roles at both the Qualified & Transactional level, whether on a permanent or temporary basis.

With a specialisation in Senior level appointments, Adam brings expertise in recruiting across all sectors within the Industry & Commerce market in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Adam is a sponsor speaker at the Chartered Accountants Ireland Ulster Society Annual Dinner and a regular attendee of the CBI Finance Directors Network.

Adam transitioned into the recruitment industry upon his return to Northern Ireland from Houston, Texas, where he had a successful career in professional rugby, notably playing for Ulster Rugby.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys time with his family, as well as travelling, playing golf and watching sport.
