Finance Manager

A well-established and growing multi-site business is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its finance function across several locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of financial operations, lead a small team, and work closely with senior management to support business performance and growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee day-to-day finance operations, manage a multi-site finance team, and play a key role in reporting, budgeting, compliance, and process improvement.

The Role

• Lead and develop a finance team across multiple sites;
• Produce monthly management accounts and annual budgets;
• Manage cashflow, banking, payroll, and VAT reporting;
• Support audit processes and statutory compliance;
• Drive finance process improvements and reporting.

The Person

• Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience;
• Previous finance leadership experience;
• Strong Excel and ERP systems knowledge;
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills;
• Willingness to travel periodically between sites.
