Commercial Finance Manager

A leading international manufacturing business is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team. With a strong global presence and continued investment in growth, innovation, and people, the company offers an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to influence business performance across multiple markets.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you'll partner with senior Sales & Marketing leaders to drive growth, improve performance, and support key commercial decisions. This is a highly visible role offering excellent exposure across an international business.

The Role

• Partner with regional leaders to support commercial growth;
• Deliver insightful sales and performance reporting;
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning;
• Provide analysis on pricing, rebates, and profitability;
• Drive financial controls and reporting improvements.

The Person

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified;
• Experience in a commercial finance or analytical role;
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills;
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting capability;
• Experience within a large or international business desirable.
