Accounts Payable Assistant

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a cosmetic business in Belfast who are seeking an accounts payable assistant on a full-time permanent basis.

This business has been long established on the local market and boasts a modern bright, working environment.

The Role:

Reporting to the CFO, general duties include:

• Invoice processing
• Matching and verification
• Supplier management
• Reconciliations
• Query resolution
• Filing and administration

What You Need to Succeed?

• Previous accounts payable experience
• Ability to work at a high level of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task
• Positive mind set
