Accounts Assistant

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an engineering firm based in South Belfast to recruit for an Accounts Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.

The Company:

Based in South Belfast, this firm have operations across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and across the UK. They have built up a strong reputation which stems from having over 40 years experience within the industry.

The Role:

• Liaise with clients regarding invoices, applications and payment terms
• Project and contract billing
• Resolve payment issues
• Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Produce aged debtor reports
• Issue statements
• Other duties outlined in the job description

What You Need to Succeed?

• Strong experience in accounts payable and receivable
• Strong relationship building
• Organised and good attention to detail

• Salary between £28,000-£38,000 DOE
