Trainee Accountant/Accounts Technician

MCS Group are looking for a Trainee Accountant/or Accounts Technician to join an exciting and growing Accountancy Practice in their Dublin based office.

This is a modern accountancy practice delivering accounting, tax, and business advisory services with a proactive approach. The Role:

As the successful Trainee Accountant/Accounts Technician you will be responsible for the following:

• Working with a portfolio of clients covering statutory accounts preparation
• Cover personal, corporate and VAT tax compliance
• Covering some aspects of payroll processing
• Dealing with Bank/credit reconciliations

The Person:

The successful Trainee Accountant/Accounts Technician will meet the following criteria:

• Accountancy graduate or ATI/IATI graduate eager to learn and progress
• Previous practice experience in highly desirable
• Previous experience with VAT returns, bank reconciliations, tax compliance highly desirable
