MCS Group are proud to be partnering with a leading Further and Higher Education provider in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter to develop creative attraction strategies and deliver end-to-end recruitment.
The Role:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns for specialist vacancies.
* Develop and review job descriptions, person specifications, and candidate assessment methods.
* Design and implement innovative attraction strategies to engage hard-to-reach and passive candidates.
* Support recruitment activities that contribute to the continued growth of apprenticeship programmes and vocational training initiatives.
* Coordinate candidate onboarding processes to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
* Organise and deliver recruitment and engagement events to raise awareness of career opportunities within Further Education.
* Build effective relationships with hiring managers and provide evidence-based recruitment recommendations.
* Analyse recruitment challenges and identify solutions to improve candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion rates.
The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Essential:
* Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Demonstrable experience developing innovative recruitment solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build positive partnerships and influence decision-making.
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
