MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our client, a leading construction contractor delivering residential, education and specialist restoration projects across Northern Ireland and the East Coast of Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, offering the chance to work on major residential projects within a supportive and collaborative commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial delivery of residential construction projects
  • Prepare cost reports, valuations and final accounts
  • Procure and manage subcontractor packages
  • Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks
  • Ensure contractual compliance and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

About You

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
  • Residential project experience is essential
  • Experience delivering projects valued at £10m+
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
  • Chartered status is desirable
  • Willingness to travel to site 1-2 days per week
