I am currently recruiting for an Hands-on senior AI Architect to design, build and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, with a strong focus on document intelligence, workflow automation and production delivery in financial services environments.

The Role:

• Proven experience taking AI solutions from prototype to live production on Azure (not POCs or demos)
• Strong Microsoft AI stack experience (Azure AI Services, Document Intelligence), building custom architectures, not just configuring SaaS or copilots
• Solid enterprise engineering background in .NET and/or Python, API-driven and service-oriented systems
• Deep experience with document intelligence at scale (extracting structured data from large volumes of unstructured documents, SharePoint integration, downstream workflows)
• End-to-end ownership: architecture, build, deployment, monitoring, iteration
• Financial Services experience building enterprise AI systems is essential

Requirements:

• Builds and runs real Azure AI systems in production
• Designs Microsoft-native architectures (and knows their limitations)
• Owns delivery and accountability, not just experimentation
• Can translate messy business problems into robust, scalable Azure solutions
