Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to every client, creating memorable and personal customer journeys
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service and product expertise
  • Represent a portfolio of internationally recognised luxury watch and jewellery brands with professionalism and confidence
  • Develop in-depth knowledge across products, collections, and brand heritage to provide expert guidance to customers
  • Manage customer enquiries effectively, supporting both decisive buyers and clients seeking advice and consultation
  • Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and strengthen ongoing client engagement
  • Work collaboratively within a close-knit sales team to achieve individual and store performance targets
  • Maintain showroom standards to ensure displays and presentation remain of the highest quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales capability
  • Contribute positively to the wider team culture and uphold the company's values and reputation

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience within a customer-facing sales or retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Highly motivated, personable, and professional in approach
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and adapt to individual client needs
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in a target-driven setting

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience within luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, or premium hospitality environments
  • Previous experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships
  • A genuine interest in luxury products, craftsmanship, and premium brands
  • Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs
