MCS Group is growing our specialist HR Recruitment Division, and we're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast team. This is a full 360 role focused on connecting top HR talent with leading organisations across Northern Ireland - from SMEs and local employers to large multinationals and public‑sector bodies.

What You'll Be Doing
- Full recruitment lifecycle - Managing HR vacancies from initial briefing to placement, including job scoping, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Business development - Identifying and winning new HR recruitment opportunities across Northern Ireland, promoting MCS Group's specialist solutions, and driving market growth.
- Client relationship management - Building trusted partnerships with HR leaders, understanding workforce challenges, and delivering a consultative, solutions‑focused service.
- Talent sourcing - Proactively engaging HR professionals at all levels, developing strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Market insight - Developing deep knowledge of the HR landscape, salary trends, and emerging workforce priorities.
- Job advertising - Creating compelling job adverts tailored to HR roles and attracting high‑quality candidates.
- Administration - Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring a smooth, compliant recruitment process.
