Quality Assistant (FTC 12 MONTHS)

MCS Group is delighted to recruit a Quality Assistant to join a leading FMCG Manufacturer, helping to ensure products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out quality checks throughout production.
• Complete quality documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Support GMP, HACCP, and compliance.
• Assist with audits, investigations, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with Production to maintain quality standards.

About You:

• Experience in a quality or food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and a team player.
