MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an established and growing Accountancy Practice based in Belfast City Centre looking to recruit an Accountant to join their team.

An independent professional services firm providing accounting, tax, and strategic advisory support to businesses and individuals. The firm specialises in helping clients manage growth, navigate complex financial matters, and make informed commercial decisions through a combination of compliance, planning, and advisory expertise.

Job Duties of the Accountant include:

• Manage a portfolio of clients as main point of contact for accounts and tax matters
• Prepare statutory accounts to filing standard in line with relevant accounting standards
• Complete personal and corporate tax returns, computations, and submissions to HM Revenue & Customs
• Support on ad-hoc assignments

What you need to be the Accountant:

• ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent
• Previous experience within accountancy practice
• Strong experience in accounts preparation
• Experience in personal and corporate tax compliance
