As a result, the Project Management team is expanding and seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to help drive meaningful change across the business.

Role Overview
The Project Manager will take ownership of delivering end-to-end projects, supporting a variety of transformation initiatives across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leaders to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of change.
This is a delivery-focused role (not a people management position), suited to someone with strong core project management capability who can confidently operate in a regulated, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to delivery and benefits realisation
- Manage planning, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and RAID across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, data, and operations
- Engage and manage stakeholders across varying levels of seniority
- Deliver across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments depending on project needs
- Support delivery of strategic and operational change initiatives across the organisation
- Ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and outcomes throughout delivery
Project Scope
- Manage multiple smaller projects concurrently or a single larger programme with several workstreams
- Work across evolving business priorities requiring flexibility and adaptability
- Deliver outcomes across transformation, regulatory, and operational improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 years+ experience in project delivery within technology, digital, or transformation environments
- Comfortable working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Experience delivering full lifecycle projects (from requirements through to implementation and benefits delivery)
- Able to operate effectively in complex, regulated environments
- Strong delivery mindset with a focus on outcomes and execution rather than formal qualifications
