MCS are exclusively partnering with a growing AI Platform Company with offices & clients throughout the UK & Ireland.
They are now looking to hire a Product Manager to take ownership of a core platform, helping shape the product strategy, roadmap and overall direction as the business continues to scale.
This is a high-impact role sitting between engineering, delivery and commercial teams, focused on ensuring the right things are being built and successfully adopted by customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for a core platform
• Work closely with engineering, design and delivery teams to define product direction
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch
• Help shape how new features and capabilities are brought to market
• Translate customer needs and feedback into clear product decisions
• Support the adoption of AI and emerging technologies across different use cases
• Contribute to the wider platform and product strategy

What They're Looking For

• Experience as a Product Manager within a software or technology environment
• Strong understanding of digital product development and delivery
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
• Exposure to AI, data or emerging technologies
• Experience in a startup or scaling business would be highly beneficial
