Microsoft 365/Azure Support Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering once again with a global institution as they expand their cloud and infrastructure team.

We're seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 & Azure Engineer to support and enhance a modern enterprise technology environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across Microsoft 365, Azure, automation and cloud operations while contributing to a range of infrastructure and transformation initiatives.

(Hybrid 3 days in office - Dublin)

What you'll be doing...

• Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Entra ID
• Developing PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency
• Working with Microsoft Graph API to build integrations, workflows and diagnostics
• Supporting Azure infrastructure, identity and cloud operations
• Troubleshooting complex issues across collaboration, identity and cloud platforms
• Contributing to security, governance, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting infrastructure projects, upgrades and cloud modernisation programmes

What we're looking for...

• 5+ years' experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Graph API
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure within enterprise environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
