Role Title: Marketing Executive

Reporting To: Group Marketing and Communications Manager

Location: Belfast, with occasional travel throughout Ireland and Great Britain as required

MCS Group is one of Ireland's leading specialist recruitment consultancies. This role supports the delivery of the MCS Sales & Marketing Playbook through content creation, digital marketing, candidate attraction campaigns, events, and business development support.

This position is ideal for a marketing graduate with a one-year placement minimum or an early-career marketer with 6-12 months' experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Email marketing campaigns: creating content, capturing leads, reporting on results, and conducting ongoing research to optimise performance
• Social media management and content creation, particularly video content
• Website management and SEO support
• Candidate attraction and employer branding campaigns
• Event planning and coordination
• Sales collateral and presentation support
• Marketing reporting and analytics
• Market research and competitor analysis
• GDPR-compliant database management

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Social engagement growth
• Website traffic and content interaction
• Candidate applications and jobs generated
• Campaign delivery and quality
• Event execution

Annual Objectives

• Build MCS brand awareness across key talent and client markets
• Support candidate attraction campaigns across all MCS verticals
• Generate qualified client leads and engagement opportunities for consultants

Experience Requirements

Essential

• Relevant degree
• Placement experience or a minimum of 6 months' marketing experience
