Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

MCS are delighted to be partnering with a software company who are looking for a proactive and ambitious Marketing Executive to join their fast-paced, growing business. You will support the delivery of marketing activities across campaigns, content, events and day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys getting stuck in, taking ownership, and making things happen.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, enjoys variety, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with senior marketing leadership, gaining exposure across multiple areas of marketing while playing a key role in keeping activity moving efficiently and effectively.

• Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Assisting with content creation for social media, email marketing, website updates and internal communications
• Coordinating marketing projects, timelines and campaign activity to ensure smooth delivery
• Supporting events, webinars and industry activities, including logistics and communications
• Managing marketing administration and helping keep processes organised and up to date
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing activity
• Tracking campaign activity and supporting reporting where required

Essential Criteria:

• 1-3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role (internships/placements considered)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Positive, energetic and proactive approach
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness to learn and develop across different areas of marketing
• Interest in technology, cyber or fast-growth industries is beneficial but not essential
