Management Accountant - Lisburn

MCS Group are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a leading industrial manufacturing business in Lisburn to recruit a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team.

The Company:

Our client is an internationally recognised manufacturer with operations across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth and investment, they are seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to support financial reporting, stock accounting and FP&A, while gaining exposure to business intelligence tools including Power BI and a leading ERP system.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant looking to develop their career within a well-established manufacturing environment.

The Rewards:

• £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
• Study support for part-qualified accountants
• Annual bonus scheme
• Early finish every Friday
• Hybrid working following probation

The Role:

• Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Maintain stock accounting, inventory controls and cost reporting
• Develop financial models and reporting dashboards using Power BI
• Support month-end processes through a leading ERP system
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation and AI

The Person:

• Part-qualified or newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Strong Excel skills, with Power BI experience advantageous
• ERP system experience
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
