Litigation Solicitor - Belfast / Newry - Hybrid Working

We're currently working with a well-established and growing law firm to recruit a Litigation Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.

Open to all levels of PQE, this role is particularly well suited to someone at the early stages of their legal career who is keen to learn, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a high-performing team.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation files from instruction through to resolution, with support from senior team members
• Take client instructions, provide legal advice, and guide clients through the claims process
• Liaise with insurers, third parties, and medical experts to progress cases
• Draft legal documentation and assist with preparing cases for court
• Attend court hearings where appropriate and support clients throughout
• Negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and SLAs
• Work towards performance targets and participate in training and development

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (all PQE levels considered)
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Keen interest in litigation and personal injury work
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
