In-House Tech Recruiter - Global Technology Organisation - Belfast
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global technology organisation undergoing a significant period of transformation and growth, to appoint an In-House Tech Recruiter on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis.
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly visible talent acquisition function at a pivotal time, supporting large-scale global hiring initiatives across multiple technology domains.
The successful candidate will join a Belfast-based Talent Acquisition team with global reach, working closely with international stakeholders across the UK and APAC regions.
The Role
As an In-House Tech Recruiter, you will play a key role in delivering high-volume, global hiring across a range of technical disciplines, with a particular focus on security, product engineering, and digital product management.
Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will manage multiple live requirements simultaneously, supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle-from initial role briefing and market mapping through to offer management and onboarding.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders globally, ensuring a consistent and high-quality recruitment process, while navigating a complex and sometimes ambiguous operating environment.
This role will also involve:
- Managing multiple vacancies at varying levels simultaneously
- Conducting detailed role intake and discovery sessions with hiring managers
- Supporting global hiring strategies across multiple geographies
- Ensuring a fair and compliant recruitment process for all candidates
- Leveraging recruitment technologies, including ATS and AI-enabled tools, to enhance efficiency
- Collaborating with internal teams including mobility and global TA counterparts
- Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
The Person
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in-house technology recruiter with a strong track record of delivering in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
You will be confident managing global stakeholders and comfortable operating in a dynamic setting where processes are still evolving.
- Proven in-house recruitment experience within technology
- Ideally with a background hiring for software engineering, product engineers, or security roles
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across international teams
- Experience working with ATS platforms
- Comfortable using recruitment technology and AI-driven tools
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to balance structure with flexibility in an evolving organisation
