HR Project Lead - Newly created position

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing international organisation embarking on a major people transformation journey.

The role:

You'll take ownership of the HR workstream for a major HRIS implementation, ensuring the business is ready for launch and that employees, managers and HR teams are confident using the new system from day one.

The main responsibilities:

  • Leading the HR side of a new HRIS implementation project.
  • Driving adoption across the business through effective change management.
  • Mapping and improving HR processes.
  • Supporting ATS and Time & Attendance implementation.
  • Coordinating testing, training and go-live activities.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, HR, IT and external implementation partners.
  • Creating scalable HR processes to support future growth.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience implementing or rolling out a HRIS platform.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience delivering change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Confidence training and supporting users through system adoption.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
