A highly successful and innovative manufacturing business with a strong market presence is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function for a key division of the business. This role offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic and operational decision making within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight and analysis while supporting continued growth and operational performance. This position would suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working beyond the numbers and wants to make a tangible impact within a dynamic organisation.

The Role
- Act as the finance lead for a designated business division
* Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure strong financial controls
* Maintain and oversee the Fixed Asset Register
* Deliver detailed variance analysis and performance reporting
* Review manufacturing and operational costings to support business performance
* Provide financial insight and support to senior stakeholders across the organisation
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operational functions
* Mentor and support junior members of the finance team.
The Person
* Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accountant
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced Excel skills
* Experience influencing and supporting senior stakeholders
* Commercially aware with the ability to understand wider business objectives
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
