Facilities and Utilities Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Facilities and Utilities Engineer for our successful client who is a leading global Medical Device/Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

You will be leading projects and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of critical site utilities and infrastructure,

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage utilities including HVAC, compressed air, steam, water and electrical systems.
• Lead engineering projects from concept to commissioning.
• Support equipment installations and site development projects.
• Ensure compliance with CDM and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate contractors and develop maintenance strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects and working within CDM regulations.
