The Role:

  • Build partnerships with community groups and stakeholders to strengthen support services for victims and survivors.
  • Support organisations to plan, deliver, and review services in line with funding and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor programme impact, performance targets, and wellbeing outcomes through effective reporting and evaluation systems.
  • Supervise staff, manage performance, and identify training and development needs to build organisational capacity.
  • Provide guidance on funding, grants, policies, and procedures to support high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare reports, maintain accurate records and databases, and contribute to programme and business plan development.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings and public events, providing evidence-based advice and promoting a professional, solution-focused approach.

The Person

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Essential:

  • Experience delivering community or voluntary sector programmes while building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and partner organisations.
  • Skilled in developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, tracking outcomes, and analysing complex information to support management decision-making.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to transport, or ability to arrange suitable alternative travel where required.
