  • Drive partnership-led revenue growth across both energy management software and engineering service offerings
  • Identify and develop new partnership channels, including opportunities for white-label and B2P engagement models
  • Maintain accurate tracking of partner activity, pipeline, and performance within CRM systems
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of partnership strategy in line with company growth objectives

Essential Criteria

  • Proven track record in partnership management, strategic account management, or senior B2B sales

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to both commercial and technical audiences
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote-first, start-up environment
  • Full driver's licence and willingness to travel across Ireland

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience within SaaS, energy, or sustainability-related industries
  • Exposure to both software and engineering-led solutions
  • Experience working in a high-growth or start-up environment

What's On Offer

  • Base salary of £45,000 with commission structure across both software subscriptions and engineering projects
  • Opportunity to join a scaling, high-impact organisation with significant growth ambitions across Ireland, the UK, and the UAE
  • Autonomy to shape and build a partnerships function with direct influence on revenue growth
  • Flexible, remote-first working environment
