Chartered Building Surveyor

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor for our client, a leading global real estate consultancy based in Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Building Consultancy team, delivering strategic advice and managing a varied portfolio of commercial property projects across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out building surveys and prepare technical reports
• Deliver feasibility studies and strategic property advice
• Manage building maintenance programmes and contract administration
• Advise on dilapidations and building defects
• Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams

About You

• MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in building surveying and project management
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and dilapidations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
