Business Analyst (CRM Implementation) - Contract
- €85000 - €95000.00 per annum
- Dublin
- Contract
I'm working with an innovative Irish SaaS organisation embarking on a major transformation programme that will reshape how the business operates.
This isn't just a CRM implementation. It's an opportunity to lead the business analysis work across the rollout of a new enterprise CRM platform, a new BI solution and significant data transformation initiatives that will improve how information flows across the organisation and support better decision-making.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, partnering with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR and Engineering to redesign processes, define business requirements and ensure technology delivers meaningful business outcomes.
(Hybrid - 1 day per week in office - Dublin)
The Role...
As the Senior Business Analyst, you'll become the business lead on a strategic transformation programme, acting as the link between business stakeholders, implementation partners and technical teams.
You'll be responsible for understanding how the business operates today, designing future-state processes and ensuring new systems are implemented in a way that improves efficiency, reporting, data quality and the overall customer journey.
Alongside the CRM implementation, you'll also play a significant role in shaping the organisation's reporting capabilities, data governance and business intelligence strategy.
What you'll be doing...
- Lead business analysis activities across a major CRM, BI and data transformation programme.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions across multiple business functions.
- Gather, document and prioritise business requirements.
- Map current and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, standardisation and continuous improvement.
- Act as the business lead throughout the implementation of a new enterprise CRM platform.
- Work closely with implementation partners to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into solution design.
- Define reporting, dashboard and KPI requirements for a new BI platform.
- Work alongside technical and data engineering teams to support the creation of a centralised data platform.
- Define business data requirements, data ownership, business rules and data quality standards.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation and systems integration activities.
- Lead business readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), training and adoption activities.
- Partner with programme leadership to manage stakeholder engagement, risks and successful delivery.
About You...
You'll be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record delivering large-scale business transformation programmes, ideally involving CRM implementations and data initiatives.
You'll likely have experience with:
- Enterprise CRM implementations such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Business process mapping and process redesign.
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Data transformation, data migration and systems integration.
- BI, reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Data governance, business definitions and data quality initiatives.
- Cross-functional transformation programmes involving both business and technical teams.
- UAT, business readiness and change management.
Experience working on Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash or wider customer lifecycle transformation programmes would be highly beneficial!
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on a growing SaaS organisation. Rather than simply delivering a CRM project, you'll help redefine how the business operates by improving processes, transforming reporting capabilities and establishing stronger data foundations that will support future growth.
You'll have significant exposure to senior leadership and play a central role in one of the organisation's most important strategic initiatives.
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract or Day Rate Contract (DOE)
