Software Engineer (AI) | Belfast (Hybrid)

They are looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving problems across the stack, is comfortable working across different technologies and thrives in an environment where ownership, adaptability and continuous learning are valued.

This role would suit someone who enjoys moving quickly, working closely with product and engineering teams, and using modern development tooling to accelerate delivery whilst maintaining quality.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and delivering software end-to-end across backend, APIs, data and frontend layers
• Working in a highly collaborative engineering environment with modern delivery practices
• Using AI-assisted development tools to improve speed, quality and efficiency
• Contributing to architecture decisions, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Building reliable, observable and production-ready systems
• Working across evolving technologies rather than being tied to one stack

We'd like to speak with people who have:

• Commercial software engineering experience delivering production applications
• Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, .NET or similar
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, testing and modern engineering practices
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools, LLM applications, automation or AI-enabled workflows
• Strong communication skills and a mindset geared towards collaboration and ownership
