The Opportunity

This is a hands-on AI Engineering role suited to someone at mid to senior level in their career who is looking for genuine room for progression, personal development and long-term growth.

You will work on real-world enterprise AI solutions while helping shape the future direction of AI within the business. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with technical leadership and become a key part of a growing AI function.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing AI and LLM-based solutions
• Building AI Agents and RAG-based applications
• Integrating AI capabilities into existing systems via APIs
• Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders
• Supporting AI best practices, scalability and governance
• Helping shape standards and processes within the AI capability

What You'll Need

• Strong Software Development background with 3+ years commercial experience
• Open to candidates from any technical stack
• .NET/C# experience would be a strong advantage
• Strong API and integration development experience
• Minimum 1 year commercial experience working with Azure Foundry
• Commercial experience building AI/LLM-based solutions - at least one year
