AI enablement Software Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an innovative, high-growth SaaS company to recruit an AI Enablement Engineer. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across the business, building practical AI solutions that improve internal operations and drive real business value.

Working across technical and business teams, you'll design and build AI-powered automations, integrations and agentic workflows, helping take ideas from discovery through to production.

What you'll need:

• Commercial experience building with LLMs, AI tooling or agentic workflows
• Strong development skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building APIs, integrations and workflow automations
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern engineering practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
