Samantha Boles

Sam Boles is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at MCS Group, having joined the business in June 2021. She works closely with clients and candidates across the Public Sector, supporting organisations with their recruitment needs and guiding individuals through each stage of the hiring process. Her role centres on building long‑term relationships, understanding organisational priorities, and ensuring a smooth and informed experience for
candidates and clients.

Sam specialises in Public Sector appointments across HR, Legal, Accountancy and Finance, and Project Support/Project Management. She works with a range of organisations, with a particular focus on recruitment within the Business Services Organisation.

With more than a decade of recruitment experience across IT and Professional Services in both public and private sectors, Sam brings a depth of insight that sets her apart. She has been REC‑qualified for over ten years and has completed Level 7 study in strategic approaches to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

Before joining MCS Group, Sam began her recruitment career in Scotland and has since worked across multiple sectors, including technology and professional services.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys cooking, painting, and spending time outdoors with her family whenever she can.
