Job Description
The Role will consist of:
- Leading on transaction processing and being the retained finance point of contact for the organisation
- Put in place monthly controls to provide high quality governance and reporting
- Develop cash management processes and manage bank funding from Treasury
- Monthly spend control reporting
- Processing monthly journals
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Support year end reporting, ensuring audit requirements are met
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential:
- CCAB or equivalent qualified accountant/ part qualified accountant
- Extensive financial experience
- Demonstration of the organisations values
- Willingness to be assessed against CTC clearance requirements if not already cleared
Desirable:
- Experience working in a government department and understanding of government finance
