MCS Group is delighted to be supporting a key client source an Interim Senior Working Capital Assistant on a 12 Month FTC basis.

The Role:
As a Senior Working Capital Assistant in the Working Capital Team, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions across the Credit Control and Revenue functions within the finance department in accordance with Solicitors Accounting Regulations and other regional regulatory jurisdictions.
You will support your Working Capital Specialist and Team Lead in the delivery of both Revenue activity as well as the timely collection of cash, and ensure adherence to best practice by completing all necessary working capital tasks and reporting accurately and in a timely manner.
You will support the Team Lead and Working Capital Specialist as they focus on identifying & implementing continuous improvements, including involvement in ad hoc projects as and when required.
You will also support at month end close including month end overtime support.

This role is suited to a committed team player who works well with others and enjoys working towards a common goal. You will be an excellent communicator who is confident in interactions with others, with the ability to listen and understand issues from all perspectives and to value other opinions.
Due to the busy nature of the team you will also have the ability to work well under pressure and multi task to meet targets and tight deadlines.
Additionally, you will have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy, with the ability to deliver tasks in a professional and organised way with limited supervision and you will also be focused on delivering excellent client service.
You will be the technical expert in at least one of the areas of Revenue or Credit Control. What you will have Experience of working in Credit Control and/or Revenue Team(s) Excellent knowledge of Credit Control and/or Revenue processes.
Excellent record of personal accuracy and timeliness results Experience of either carrying out quality ledger reviews and feeding back where necessary and/or experience of processing high revenue volumes in a time pressured environment.
