Senior QA engineer

MCS group are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a brand new FDI to Belfast to recruit for a Senior QA engineer.

Our client is a successful start up with offices in Dublin who work with a range of clients across digital transformation projects. Employing over 40 staff they offer cutting edge solutions within data and AI technologies and are building both an impressive brand and culture with continued growth plans this year.

As an experienced QA engineer you will work closely with clients focusing on test strategies, test planning and execution as well as automation and continuous delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to take a senior role within a thriving company who can offering long term career progression as they continue to succeed.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Ideally you will have a strong background a QA engineer in a similar role
• Strong experience of software testing methodologies and proficient in a strong language e.g. python, java, typescript etc
• Automation experience ideally with experience within tools such as cypress, selenium or similar
• Ability to write and execute test plans
• You will have good communication skills and client facing skills
• It is highly desirable that you have experience with data projects or financial sectors
• Ideally have a third level qualification in an IT related discipline
