Mobile Application Product Designer

MCS Group is delighted to partner with one of our clients in their search for a product designer to join their growing team.

As a Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of solving design challenges, driving the entire process from start to finish. Your work will be fuelled by insights from user research, allowing you to create innovative design concepts that shape new products and features. You'll be responsible for crafting detailed workflows and interactions, and swiftly prototyping ideas to evaluate their feasibility. Your attention to detail will shine through as you design components, interactions, and seamless transitions. Collaborating closely with engineers, you'll bring your ideas to life, while continually refining and expanding the design system. You will ensure your designs are intuitive and user-centric by conducting user testing and research. Effectively communicating your design decisions to cross-functional teams will be essential to aligning everyone's efforts. Your involvement in product research activities will contribute to the ongoing evolution of the client's solutions, making this role both rewarding and impactful.

The Rewards:

• A salary of €60,000 - €70,000

The Requirements:

You must have experience in designing mobile-first software applications, this must be evident on your CV

• Six years of experience within the IT and Digital Industry
• Experience in designing software products beyond just websites
• Experience designing products for mobile devices
• A track record of contribution to the entire design process
• Use of data visualisation techniques
• High quality communication, both written and verbal (for ease of information transfer to cross-functional teams)
• Right to live and work in Ireland
