Organisational Development Business Partner | Award Winning Organisation | Belfast
MCS Group HR is thrilled to be representing an award-winning charity organisation based in Belfast, who wish to appoint an Organisational Development Business Partner on a permanent basis.
The Role
The OD Business Partner will be responsible for providing customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic performance and development advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements. They will support the development and delivery of the People, Development and Compliance operational plan ensuring that we provide a value added service in order to meet organisational requirements.
Main duties include:
- Business Partner with the relevant parts of Inspire across the organisation, building relationships with stakeholders, providing advice, support and guidance to Managers and Employees across the full scope of the Organisational Development Department.
- Provide direct line management to the allocated team within the departmental structure.
- Understand and provide guidance on the regulatory factors in relation to service area requirements and employment regulations.
- Report on OD activity and organisational impacts and outcomes, in line with reporting requirements and represent the OD function at relevant departmental meetings.
- Own and develop relevant Policies, Procedures and Practice.
- Develop Cascade to ensure the most effective use of the system and provide staff and managers with access to information.
The Successful candidate
- Third level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- A full current driving licence and access to a car
- Demonstrable experience delivering solutions in
- Learning & Development
- Performance Management
- Leadership & Management Development
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
- Flexibility to work across various locations when required
The Package
The role is Full Time 37 hours per week and the salary scale is £32,583 - £42,925 per annum. Some of the benefits include:
