Job Description
HR Business Partner - Multinational Organisation - Belfast
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading Multinational organisation, wishing to appoint an HR Business Partner to join their team based in Belfast on a fulltime basis for a period of 15 months.
The successful person must be results focused, have strong organisational and communication skills and have a passion to work with managers and the HR team to provide a worldclass service.
The role
The role will be responsible for providing HR support in the following areas: Recruitment & Selection, Inductions, Training & Development, Employee Engagement & Relations, HR Policies & Processes, HR Systems & Projects. The role will support the HR Team to deliver the people strategy plans in alignment with the objectives of the division and wider business.

Key duties:
- Supporting the Head of HR in devising and implementing the HR strategy of the business
- Coaching and supporting to line management on HR policies, procedures and ER issues
- Review, develop and communicate policies and procedures ensuring they are in line with current legislation
- Ownership of HR operational responsibilities across the employee life-cycle such as; talent life cycle, recruitment, probation, appraisals etc.
- Design and deliver in-house training on policies and procedures to managers and staff as and when required.
- Building strong relationships and partnering with stakeholders and management teams to identify and meet business needs
- Analyse & reporting on HR data to drive continuous improvement
- Working with H&S colleagues to ensure all matters are in line with agreed Trade union agreements.
- Ad-hoc projects as and when required
The Person
Essential
- Being able to work strategically and operationally
- Proven experience in business partnering with various stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of current employment legislation
- CIPD qualified level 5
- CIPD level 7 is desirable
- Working with Trade unions
