You will;

• Tracking ongoing Retail Food Safety Audit performance in stores across NI.
• Supporting stores in the development and implementation of a robust food safety management system.
• Liaison with 3^rd party auditing body on scheduling matters
• Resolving audit issues & queries
• Support store in implementation of new food safety procedures or legislation.

Ability to communicate effectively with 3^rd Party technical teams and interpret data driven insights for stock control & forecasting. Proven track record of delivering to agreed performance targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications -especially Excel, Cell formatting, Basic Formulas, Data validation and date and time functions in addition to Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
