Job Description
MCS Group is currently working with a locally well known company who have a global reputation for providing some market leading technology to their clients. They are currently seeking to add a Desktop Support Engineer to the team to bolster and support the Infrastructure team.
Your Responsibilities:
Efficiently resolve day-to-day issues for user PCs, laptops, and devices (Windows and MAC)
Take full ownership of Desktop responsibilities at the head office and provide IT support to the wider team across Europe.
Have exposure to IT Ticketing systems.
Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account setups, access configurations, and security adherence to company standards.
Conduct software installation, patch management, data import/export, system integration, and general system administration.
Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video conference rooms/systems.
Experience supporting and managing devices in MDM tools such as Intune or similar.
Criteria:
3rd Level Qualification in IT or Similar.
2 Years of experience in a similar IT Support role.
Experience with AD, O365 and Windows support experience.
Remuneration:
Salary up to £30,000
On site working Monday to Friday 8 - 4 or 9 - 5.
